On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, TOK Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. held a completion ceremony following the expansion of the new inspection building in Songdo International City (215-3 in Songdo-dong). TOK Advanced Materials began the expansion of the new inspection building with a total floor area of 4,000㎡ in November 2023, and has facilities for state-of-the-art technology development and production by introducing additional equipment that can develop and inspect ultraviolet (EUV) photoresists applied in semiconductor ultra-fine processes.
