On Thursday, January 28, 2010, the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH) held a signboard hanging ceremony for the Rare Metal Industrial Technology Center at the Incheon Research Center of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology located in Songdo International City.
