On Thursday, December 7, 2006, IFEZ held a dialogue event with citizens for IFEZ development, attended by some 300 major domestic and foreign guests, including Lee Hwan-kyun, head of the Incheon Free Economic Zone, and John Heinz, CEO of NSC (Songdo Limited Development).
