On December 6, 2005, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with VGX (Viral Genomix, Inc), a U.S. new drug development company, to establish a new drug development R&D center and a manufacturing plant in Songdo buyer complex.
