Lee Hwan-kyun, head of the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, held the first investment attraction advisory committee at the Chosun Hotel in Seoul on March 30, 2005. A letter of appointment was delivered to 12 advisors of domestic and foreign experts to attract foreign investment to discuss the direction for future investment attraction activities.
